Soleblock Shipping Policy




Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Please note: During high-demand periods or special drops, processing times may be slightly longer.





Shipping Times & Rates



We offer the following shipping options:


  • Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days) – Calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days) – Calculated at checkout



Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.





Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.





Address Accuracy



Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order.

Soleblock is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.





Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Soleblock is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll assist you if possible, but the carrier is responsible for delivery once it leaves our facility.





Order Verification



For your security and fraud prevention, some orders may require additional verification before shipping.

If your order is flagged for review, we may contact you to confirm your identity (e.g., ID verification, payment confirmation).





International Shipping



We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon.
